Kochi : The Kerala High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea seeking a Customs and Enforcement Director rate ( ED ) probe into the alleged involve cement of high ranking political GOLD functionaries , in clouding Chief Minister Pinery Vi Jayna , in the through diplomatic bags case.
Justice Becht Kurian Thomas rejected the petition by Aja Krishnan founder secretary of NGO High Range Rural Development Society ( Hard ) India , saying that his apprehension of non – conduct of a fair probe in the case was ” without any basis .
” The High Court said that other than assumptions that the investigation was not being con ducted properly , Krishnan has not claims . produced any material to support his claims.
