NCW chairperson Rekha Sharma has written to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and secretaries of the ministry of minority affairs and Delhi’s department of social welfare to take action in the matter and to ensure the right of women to practice re ligion as enshrined in the Constitution.
