Pili hit : A 15 – year – old girl was allegedly molested by her 18 – year – old schoolmate first and then later raped by his father , 42 , after sending his son out of their house . Though the crime took place on March 13 , police registered a case on Saturday after an order by the court of special judge for Pecos Act in Pili hit city .
On March 13 , the boy had taken the class 9 girl from the school to his house on the pre text of providing a photocopy of a document for an upcoming exam and sexually as saluted her . On hearing her screams for help , the boy’s fa there rushed in and sent his son out and then allegedly used her scarf to gag her and then raped her .
The boy’s father threat need to kill her if she told any one about the sexual assault , the survivor’s aunt said in her police complaint .
The girl’s aunt first filed a written police complaint on March 14 and when no action was taken on her complaint , she wrote to the superintend Ent of police , Atul Sharma , on March 17 .
The aunt said on Sunday that they had to approach court after police refused to register a case . She added , ” My niece somehow man aged to reach home and knar rated her ordeal . She was traumatised and could hard lee speak . “
After the court’s directive , SHO Naresh Tyagi said , ” The two accused have been booked under IPC sections 341 ( wrongfully restraining a person ) , 376 ( rape ) , 354 ( applying criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty ) , 504 ( intentional insult ) , 506 ( criminal intimidate tin ) and relevant sections of the Pecos Act . They will bear rested soon . “
This is the second incident in the district in a week when the police refused to lodge FIR in matters related to the rape of a minor . On April 5 , police had booked a 45 – year – old man and his aide for gang – raping a minor girl and molesting her mother only after the court’s directive .
